Our two levels of support for Mobileezy allow you to choose from minimal to comprehensive support. Our preferred choice for all our customers is the comprehensive option, which consists of monthly support subscriptions. With free software updates and technical assistance only an email or phone call away, it is designed to give you continual peace of mind in knowing that your Mobileezy solution will run smoothly, even in the event of a temporary concern.

Monthly Support Subscriptions

Monthly support subscriptions offer you personalised technical support and access to software updates .

Select from two monthly subscription options:

Premium Assist:

  • Additional level of cover for Sole Trader, Small Business, Small Business with Stock and Enterprise subscriptions.
  • Provided as an additional monthly subscription to Mobileezy Version 7 Business, Business Plus and Enterprise Users.
  • Includes priority telephone, TeamViewer and email support for Mobileezy software.
  • Ongoing connectivity updates to accounting software when the accounting software is upgraded.
  • Access to free Mobileezy Version 7 and Mobileezy8 software updates.

Basic Assist:

  • Standard with Mobileezy8 Sole Trader, Small Business, Small Business with Stock, and Enterprise users. 
  • Provided as an additional monthly subscription to Mobileezy Version 7 Business, Business Plus and Enterprise users.
  • Provides email-only support for Mobileezy software.
  • Ongoing connectivity updates to accounting software when the accounting software is upgraded.
  • Access to free Mobileezy Version 7 and Mobileezy8 software updates.
  • If you require phone or TeamViewer support you can upgrade your package to premium support for 12 months. 

Free support

All customers have access to the online Mobileezy User Guide and the hints and tips news blog. These free resources provide quick and easy answers to simple technical support enquiries.

Please note

Free support does not include access to the technical support team via email or phone, or Mobileezy software updates. Deployment or redeployment costs may be applicable for upgrades. All support packages exclude technical services including: deployment, redeployment, database repair, network and router maintenance or any other service of a technical nature not directly related to Mobileezy software. These services will be provided for customers on support packages for $150 an hour + GST.  Support fees are charged on a monthly basis with payments withdrawn automatically from your authorised bank account.  We aim to respond to all support enquiries within one business day.
