Payment for new support plans are done either on a monthly direct debit or annual basis with an initial term of 12 months. On Demand Support is paid for at the time of the call and the amount is dependent on the specific support service requested and time required to address the issue.

A: Mobileezy is best suited to Android devices and tablets. We recommend Cipherlab, Zebra and M3 devices when using Mobileezy as they have been tried and tested by our support team. A: Data is transferred between Mobileezy and the accounting system using a simple process called Datalink. This is available on the Mobileezy desktop and is run on a daily basis to keep the data between the systems in sync. It can also be configured to run automatically at prescheduled times.

Getting setup can be a quick process:

  • Sole Trader, Small Business and Small Business with Stock: set up can be completed in an hour or two. Simply download a trial, link to your accounting system and connect the handheld devices following instructions provided in the Mobileezy User Guide.
  • Mobileezy Enterprise: Setup can be complete within a week or it may take as long as a month, depending on the resources you are able to make available during deployment and training. We will endeavour to have you up and running as quickly as possible and will guide you through the process.

Unfortuntately, Mobileezy is not compatible with Apple products as it is an Android and PC-based software program. To use Mobileezy with Apple Mac computers, the Mobileezy desktop software can be run on a hosted server or in a virtual environment. Whilst Mobileezy v7 can be run on mobile Apple devices, the devices need to be jailbroken, which results in product warranties being voided.
