How can I find my IP address?

With Mobileezy Enterprise Sotware, support is offered in three forms: On Demand, Basic Assist and Premium Assist.

  • On Demand: for customers who do not wish to be on a monthly support package but would rather pay a fee as and when they need assistance.
  • Basic Assist: provides users with email support and self-installation upgrades and access to our Loan Device Library.
  • Premium Assist: provides customers with priorty email and phone support, upgrades, installation and setup support, as well as access to our Loan Device Library.

We have on-site support staff who are trained in Mobileezy and are able to assist customers with software and version-related issues. For customers using Sole Trader, Small Business and Small Business with Stock, Basic Assist is the standard support package offered. However, customers wishing to speak to our support team can chose to pay for On Demand support or call us on +61 (3) 9548 9114 to upgrade their support package.
